Collaborated with the Highgate Wood woodkeeper to identify the problem of artificial lighting outside the cafe disturbing the bat’s roosting sites. Documented the site using sketching and collaging. Multi-stage iteration process to refine form of shield to still provide function of security light whilst minimising light entering the wood.
